It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Norman Belanger (Augusta, Maine), who passed away on August 1, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonce Belanger and Arline Belanger (Laflamme); and his wife Doris Belanger. He is survived by: his son Paul Belanger; his daughter-in-law Esperanza; and his grandchildren, Alexander, Marc and Elisa.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Plummer Funeral Home (16 Pleasant St, Augusta, ME 04330). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine Catholic Church (75 Northern Ave, Augusta, ME 04330). A burial was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Maine Veteran's Memorial Cemetery (163 Mount Vernon Rd, Augusta, ME 04330). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 11:00 PM at the St. Augustine Catholic Church (75 Northern Ave, Augusta, ME 04330).
