He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily Keithley and Joseph Keithley of Saco; and his siblings, Priscilla, Florence, Patricia, Donald, Arthur and Jimmy.

He is survived by: his wife Lynne Keithley; his children, Michelle Aguirre of San Diego, CA, Brenda Kosen of Mammoth Lakes, CA, Kimberly French of Farmingdale, ME, Robert of Tempe, AZ, Gregory of San Diego, CA and Jason of Chelsea, ME; his stepson John Miller of Derry, NH; and his sister Janice Nunan. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
