He was predeceased by: his father Gregory Moody; his grandmother Dottie Slack; and his uncle Dick Moody. He is survived by: his mother Vicky Slack (Moody); his grandfather Robert; his daughters, Sadie Slack (Maxx Ingison) and Kaylee Slack; his siblings, Greg Moody (Amanda Longway), Harvey Moody, Tyler Moody (Carly Hope) and Victoria Blakesley (AJ); and his girlfriend Melinda.
