He is survived by: his granddaughter Opal Lynnie; his great grandchild Kameron Julie Cox; his wife Gayla; his mother-in-law Ada Boutot; his children, Steven Cox (Jessica) and Angel; his son-in-law Scott Yates; his grandchildren, Donnie Cox II (Cassidy), Brett Campbell, Delia Yates, Opal Yates (Addison), Kyler Cox Jr., Leo Cox and Chelsie Case; his sister Linda; his brother-in-law Rodney Perkins; his nieces and nephews, Wendy Dean, Stephanie Perkins, Corey Perkins, Terry Perkins and Davie Dean; his uncle Clayton Cox; his siblings, Steven Cox and Peggy Dean; his nephew Jamie Dean; his father-in-law Gary Corapi; and his brother-in-law Jeff Corapi.
