He is survived by: his wife Dottie Pinkham; his pet Rocky; his children, Jenessa Sinclair (Jason), Sarah Harris (Aaron), Desiree Stuart (Joe), Robert Caruso (Heather) and Jesse Caruso; his siblings, Kathy Ward (Greg), Lois Leask, Karen Pinkham, Stephanie Pinkham (David), Tina Pinkham (Jeff), Fred Pinkham and Ernie Pinkham (Jenny); and his grandchildren, Dominick, Max, Zachary, Shelby, Gage, Gem, Olivia, Spencer, Eleanor, Lakelyn, Ryder, Rose and Daphne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
