Though Beverley may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Beverley touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Fox and Freda Fox (Harris); her husband Howard L. Shapiro; and her brother Joseph Fox. She is survived by: her children, William Shapiro and Edythe Shapiro; her daughter-in-law Elena Colarocco; her grandson Alex Shapiro-Colarocco; and her sister Marion Fox.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jewish Funeral Chapel (118 Center St, Bangor, ME 04401).
