He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Libby and Sherrill Libby; his brother Steven; his sister-in-law Rhonda Libby; and his niece Amanda Dandro.
He is survived by: his wife Gayle Libby (Higgins); his children, Angie Pelletier (Eion) and Bradley Libby; his grandchildren, Collin, Andrew, Addison and Lillian Rose; his sister Kimberly Dunton; his brother-in-law Dennis Higgins (Karen); his nieces and nephews, Bryan, Denys, Rachel, Justin and Ashlee; his friend Russ Stocker; and also, Rodney and Vicki McLaughlin.
In lieu of flowers, Brian requested that donations be made to the Levant Fire Department 3917 Union St, Levant ME 04456.
