He was predeceased by: his mother Bernice Simon; his wife Lorraine Simon (Stoddard); his children, Charles (Pamela Simon) and Terri Russell; his grandson James; and his siblings, Cecil, Jimmy, Frank Simon and Gladys Cyr.
He is survived by: his father Frank Simon; his sons, Leroy Simon of Lincoln, Timothy Simon of Hudson, Roger Simon (Violet) of Danforth and Sheldon Simon (Tanya) of Houlton; and his son-in-law Dennis Russell. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
