We are sad to announce that, on November 5, 2025, at the age of 84, David L. Cook Sr. in Bangor, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, David shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid David farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick E. Cook and Jane Clement Cook; and his brother Frederick W. Cook. He is survived by: his wife Katherine L. MacDonald Cook; his children, Kathy Magoon (Tim) of Old Town and David L. Cook Jr. (Gaye-Lynn) of Whitney, Texas; his grandchildren, Megan Randlett (Joshua), Sarah Barr (Wade) and David Trey Cook, III; his great grandchildren, Olivia Barr, Hannah and Sadie Randlett; and his siblings-in-law, Walter MacDonald (Mary) and Lorene Cook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
