She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest A. Moore and Helen D. Moore (Webber); her husband John J. Cushing Jr.; and her siblings, Ernest Moore and Betty Pittman.
She is survived by: her son John "Joe" Cushing III (Terri) of Hampden; her grandchildren, John Cushing IV of Dexter and Mallory Cushing of Brewer; her great grandchildren, Devon Cushing, Camryn Spack and Lydia Wyman Mason Brown; and her brother John Moore. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
