He was predeceased by: his father Lowell W. Smith. He is survived by: his mother Gloria J. Smith (Sleeper); his siblings, Linwood Smith (Regina), Becky Chamberlain (Steven) and Holly Chamberlain (Mike); his cousin Randy Smith; and his aunts, Lynda, Charlene and Faye. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Washburn Memorial Church (3 Church St, Sherman, ME 04776).
