She was predeceased by: her parents, Adelbert Laurence Cottrell Sr. and Elba Elvira Lyford Cottrell; her siblings, Vera E. Cottrell Thompson (Gary), Amy Leigh Cottrell, Adelbert "Larry" L. Cottrell Jr., Lee M. Gustin (Cottrell) and Ronald Cottrell; her great-aunt Elnora Lyford; and her grandparents, Frank and Ruth Herbest Lyford.
She is survived by: her sons, Vaughn E. Pelkey (Becky) and Chester W. Pelkey (Ruth); her siblings, Jenette Cooley (Charles) and Arthur Cottrell (Eileen); her sister-in-law Lois Cottrell; her grandchildren, Brandon L. Pelkey (Samantha), Cody W. Kingsbury (Susanne) and Katelyn M. Pelkey; and her great grandchildren, Erin, Noah, Maddie, Lucas, Jessie and Kaiden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
