She is survived by : her children, Gerald (Deb Henderson) of Orrington, Diane (Mickey Mallory) of Milton, NH., Louise and Van Perkins; her grandchildren, Jacqueline Perkins (Dexter Goye), Jon Perkins (Caroline), David Perkins (Whitney), Jeremy Perkins (Kelly), Mark Mallory (Susan), Michelle Sawyer (Jim) and Gerald Philbrook (Kim); her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Catherine Perkins, Christian, Noah, Seth, Kira, Luke, Eli, Linda, Cameron, Christopher, Lauren, Gabrielle, Maxwell, Annabelle, Samantha, Jack, Jessica and Thomas; her friend Freda Webster; and her caregivers, Jen Hanger and Cindy Magliozzi. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, & cousins.
