He was predeceased by : his parents, John Bloom of Farmer's Union Central Exchange and Susan Bloom (Simpson); and his siblings, Vernon Bloom of Gold Canyon, AZ and Vivian Bartlett (Bloom) of Williston, ND.. He is survived by : his sons, Kelly Bloom and Cory Bloom (Alyssa); his wife Karen Skogen; his grandsons, Jesse (Hailey) and Tanner; his great grandchild Crue; his grandchildren, Chad, Cole, Thomas, Ruby and Karlee; his great grandchild Maddox; his daughter Erika Payson (Justin); his grandchildren, Grady Marlan and Kyla; his sister Marian Erickson (Bloom); his pet Boother; and also Roxanne.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Brookings-Smith (133 Center St, Bangor, ME 04401). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith (163 Center St, Bangor, ME 04401).
