He was predeceased by: his parents, Audrey Coffin and Erdine Coffin (Gifford); his wife Jane; his siblings, Wilma, Leta, Joan, Merton and Gail; and his grandson Joshua Coffin.
He is survived by: his sons, Donnie Coffin (Jackie) of Milford and Scott Coffin (Vicki) of Glenburn; his grandchildren, Stacey Tarr (Jon) of Simpsonville, Ryan Coffin (Susannah) of Brunswick and Heather Stephens (Jared) of Jefferson; and his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Connor, Blake, Grayson, Jaxon, Abram, Hadley, Avery and Paige.
