He is survived by: his wife Carolann Small; his children, Cory Cookson (Michelle), Tena Burton, Dawn Convey, Carrie Lary (Carl) and Valery Stewart; his grandson Damian; and his brother Dicky Small (Melanie). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
