With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Randy J. Crooker (Bangor, Maine), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 28, 2025 at the age of 59. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Randy J. Crooker to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his son Cody Jackson; his parents, Merle Crooker and Helen Crooker (Atkinson); his siblings, Joyce and Roger; and his close friend Doug.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa (Thompson); his daughters, Heather Kierstead (Aaron) and Christina Bean (Eric); the mother of his children Lesa Doyle; his son Chadwick (Brittany); his grandchildren, Josiah, Hunter Kierstead, Jazzmin, Elijah Bean, Lexie, Kylie, Jaxson and Lincon Crooker; and his parents-in-law, Raymond and Paula Thompson. He is also survived by 3 brothers and 3 sisters; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Crosspoint Church (1476 Broadway, Bangor, ME 04401). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Highview Christian Academy Building Fund, in Randy's name, 739 Main Road, Charleston, ME. 04422.
