He was predeceased by : his parents, Jules Tardif and Marguerite Tardif (Thompson); his wife Jeanette Tardif (Hook); and his siblings, Julien Tardif, Georgette Tardif and Rachel Tardif.

He is survived by : his brother Guy Tardif (Suzanne Thompson) of Bluffton, SC; his children, Raymond Tardif of Cushing, Bertrand Tardif (Sue) of Minot, Paul Tardif of Leeds and Joline Landry of Opelika, AL; and his stepchildren, Pamela Frye (Peter) of Hermon and Steven Flowers of Rockland. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
