He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Ruhlin and Helena G. Ruhlin (Hewes); and his brothers, James, Richard and David.
He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Ruhlin; his grandchildren, Erik and Gerret (Nadia) of Hudson; his children, Richelle "Shelly" Davis (Richard) of Pittsfield and Robert Jr.; his grandson Jack (Alissa) of Proctorsville, Vermont.; his sister Carole Ruhlin of Brewer; and his sister-in-law Regina Ruhlin of Brewer.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith (163 Center St, Bangor, ME 04401).
