He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara G. Werkowski (Bothwick); his parents, John Werkowski and Mary Werkowski (Gilmartin); and his aunt Kathryn Waters (Gilmartin). He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Thompson (Rex) of Prospect; and his grandson Samuel Thompson of Prospect.
