It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sondra Joyce Spencer of Bangor, Maine, who passed away on July 25, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George McKusick and Florence Sarah May McKusick (Urquhart); her siblings, Carl, Earl, Daniel, Neil, Bruce, Nellie, Thursa, Phyllis and Faith; and her son-in-law Steven J. Leighton.
She is survived by: her husband Irving F. Spencer; her sister Gloria Cameron of Florida; her daughters, Dawn Conery (Ed), Lynn Owen (Brad) and Gayle Craig (Wayne); her grandchildren, Sandi Emmons Stahl, Tyler Emmons, Chad Tracy, Jason Leighton and Cal Leighton; and her great grandchildren, Kamrynn, Ashlynn, Sondra, Layne, Lexi, Jaslynn, Kayden, Spencer, Carson, Chase and Paislee.
