Johnson, Jr. (Kelly) and Michele Bass (Brian); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Tabitha, Emily Johnson, Zachary and Jordan Bass.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Andrea Ritz Clinics in Paraguay, a non-profit organization established by George and Sylvia Ritz who built and operate clinics in remote Paraguayan villages, in memory of their daughter, Andrea.
