He is survived by: his wife Sharon Page; his children, Sally Moon (Troy), Bonnie Chadwick (Dan Skillin) and Thomas Chadwick, Jr. (Laura); his grandchildren, April Delcourt (Kendra), Julia Chadwick, Emma Chadwick and Teagan Moon; and his siblings, John Chadwick and Marion Mosher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
