Though Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Thomas leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Neill and Doris Neill (Shaw); and his wife Adella. He is survived by: his children, Thomas W. Neill of Bangor, Stephen W. Neill (Sherry) of Clifton, David E. Neill of Winthrop and Karen J. Neill of Bangor. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
