He was predeceased by: his father Merwin "Moe" Moore; his brother Alton Moore; and his grandparents, Alton, Maxine Moore, Harold and Clara Wildenstein Knowles.
He is survived by: his mother Susan "Mimi" Moore; his wife Stacia Knapp Moore; his children, Tyler (Megan), Trevor (Julie), Shayla and Tanner; his grandchildren, Aiden, Zach, Eric and Sophie; his sisters, Tina Urquhart (Kent) and Tracy "Trixie" Hall (Walter); his siblings' children, Felicity Gray (Dana), Alex (Mindy) and Alton Urquhart; and his brothers, Dave Hasey and Blaine Oliveira.
