He is survived by: his wife Theresa Johnson of Hartland; his siblings, Karen Petit of Warwick, RI, Margaret Brooks of Warwick, RI, Daniel Johnson (Dee) of Warwick, RI, Anne Csizmesia of Warwick, RI and Sam Johnson (Pam) of Jacksonville, NC; his in-laws, Ronald and Lottie Lyford; and his brother-in-law Roger Lyford (Dawn Marie). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
