He is survived by : his daughter Katharine Starlight; his granddaughter Lilly McGregor; his wife Helen; his daughters, Kate Macko and Lilly Caivano; his son-in-law Benjamin Chase Macko; his granddaughter Juniper Helen Macko; his brother Carl; his sister-in-law Nancy Campbell; and his sisters, Susie Fagan and Donna Caivano.
