She was predeceased by: her husband Micheal John Puleo; her parents, Lillian Glickfeld and Alfred Glickfeld; and her sister Kathryn Glickfeld. She is survived by: her children, Jaime Seth Puleo of Portland and Sarah Beth Puleo of Mansfield; and her son-in-law JJ O'Connell. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
Amy asks that in place of flowers, a donation to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, will be appreciated.
