“My condolences to Nancy's family and other loved ones. I am saddened that she has died. She had a keen wit, was friendly, and invariably gave her time to help me (and other attorneys) out when researching. I will miss her; Cleaves Law Library will miss her. She always seemed in charge at the library (even when things sometimes looked a little out of control). Nancy always was welcoming, and her presence was felt throughout Cleaves' collections. “I'm very sad to learn of this. My first memory of Nancy is of her camped out in the reading room at Fogler Library, at UMO, about every time I went there to kill time circa 1978. Later, Nancy was a stalwart at the Cleaves Law Library, nearly forever, and always an extremely helpful and pleasant resource whenever something arcane needed finding. Nancy was a tremendous asset to the Cumberland County Bar. My sincerest condolences to her family and loved ones. Ed Folsom”
