She is survived by: her parents, Terry Don Cook and Susan Marie Cook; her children, Tristan Cook-Sweetland and David Maxcy; her siblings, Terry Cook Jr., Keri Cooper and Sheila Murray; and her granddaughter Layla Maxcy. She is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.
