It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Perkins of Belfast, Maine, who passed away on October 2, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Perkins and Gladys Perkins Sr. (Norton); his wife Agnes; his daughters, Laurelyn Deans and Leslie Perkins; and his brothers, Raymond Jr., Arthur and Charles.
He is survived by: his daughter Lorna Bernosky of Belfast; his grandchildren, Michelle Atherton (John Cyr) of Old Town, Elmer Deans (Amanda Curtis) of Morrill, Fred Black (Sarah) of Swanville, Ricky Bernosky (Tracy) of Stockton Springs and Derrick Bernosky (Kaleigh) of Brewer; and his niece Lori Weymouth. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
