He was predeceased by: his mother Beatrice Carter; his grandparents, Raymond and Gladys Carter; and his aunt Lisa Carter. He is survived by: his sister Tammie Alley (Dennis Alley); his niece Maegan Alley (Ryan Stoddard); and his nephew Branden Alley (Nutnita Alley). He is also survived by one great-niece; and two great-nephews, along with many extended family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (297 Belmont Ave, Belfast, ME 04915).
