He was predeceased by: his parents, Barton L. Darling and Hermeine Darling (Shuster); and his siblings, Jerome, Barton Jr. and Carol (Furrey).
He is survived by: his wife Ellen K. Darling (Hoeffken) of Belleville; his friend Lewis Wentzel of Washington, Pennsylvania.; his children, Andrew Paul Darling, Kent Owen Darling, Kimberly Ann Weaver (Darling) and Joshua Aaron Darling; and his pet Gracie.
