With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Leo Francis Pelleriti Jr. of Belfast, Maine, born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Antonio and Giovanna Pelleriti; and his parents, Leo F. Pelleriti, Sr. and Nancy J. Pelleriti (Parisi). He is survived by: his children, John A. Pelleriti, Jennifer S. Pelleriti-Sarmiento and Zachary M. Pelleriti (Diana); his wife Brona Pelleriti (Levin); his daughter-in-law Tiffanie; his grandchildren, Kai, Bryce and Gage of Tampa, Florida; his son-in-law Rob; his grandchildren, Mia, Roman of Watertown, Massachusetts, Shepard and Holland of Orono, Maine.; his mother-in-law Marilyn Levin of Clearwater, Florida; his brother-in-law Jeffery Levin (Bonnie) of Key West, Florida; and his former wife Gloria Rickard (Mike) of Spokane, Washington.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Orono Performing Arts Center (14 Goodridge Dr, Orono, ME 04473). A reception will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Woodman's Bar & Grill (31 Main St, Orono, ME 04473).
In lieu of flowers, the family is establishing an annual memorial scholarship. Donations can be made out to Orono High School (memo: Leo F. Pelleriti, Jr. Memorial Scholarship), and mailed to Orono High School, 14 Goodridge Dr., Orono, Maine 04473.
