It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicole Lynn Leighton (Belfast, Maine), who passed away on May 2, 2025, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Jaime; and her grandparents, Leslie ParrittJr, Lottie, Royce Geel, Ann and Buzz Norton.
She is survived by: her parents, Kerry Geel and Valorie Geel (Parritt); her sibling's children, Dylan, Jacob Nyberg and Molly Geel; her pet Milo; her caregiver Zandra; and her aunts, Deb, Lisa, Karmen, Nadine, Kim (Mike) and Tara (Mark). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In honor of Nicole's memory, her wishes were for any donations be made in her honor to the Messenger Animal Rescue PO BOX 223 Harrington Maine 04643.
