He is survived by: his children, Sarah Elaine Hopwood and Orrin Harry Palmer III; his wife Kathy Palmer; his children-in-law, Sean and Veronica; and his grandchildren, MacKenzie, Orrin IV, Vance, Everett and Asher. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family members, and friends.
