She was predeceased by: her son Dean Joseph Libby; her parents, Thomas Culpovich and Margery Herlihy; and her sisters, Ann Bolduc and Kathy Foshay.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tanya Marcelonis (Michael) of Sturbridge and Katrina Young of Atlanta, Georgia; her grandson Ryan Marcelonis; her sister Mary Reichenbach; and her nieces and nephews, Kelly Roy Labun, Tracy Kervin, Brett Foshay, Bryan Foshay, Jason Culpovich and Brandon Good. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, we kindly request that memorial donations be made to a dementia research organization, an Alzheimer's charity, or a local memory care facility in Patricia's honor, helping other families navigate the difficult journey of dementia.
