He is survived by: his close friend Gale Mettey; his sisters, Cheryl Mitouer and Sylvia LaPan; his daughter Lana Rippey; the mother of his child Paula Gordon; his grandchildren, Aaron, Cinnamon Rose and Thomas Rippey; his nieces, Jarel Hill and Elizabeth Kamara; his nephew Seth Mitouer; and his aunt Arlene Fine.
