He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Joseph Williams and Pauline Marie Williams (Deschesne); his wife Odile; and his siblings, Reginald V. Williams, Philip Richard Williams, Paul Williams, Erlon Williams, Guy Joseph Williams and JoAnn Nivison.

He is survived by: his children, Guy Timothy Williams (Lisa) of Florida, Susan Schug (Eric) of Maryland, Nicole Williams of Belgrade and Terence Williams (Susan) of Tennessee. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
