He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis Qualey and Margaret "Peggy" Qualey (Downes); his wife Deborah; his sons, Jeff (Debbie (Gorham)), Jason (Marybeth (Litchfield), Trevor (Houlton), Oneil (South Portland) and Richard (Laura (Yarmouth)); his brothers, Joe (Laura (Oakland)), Leo (Bangor) and Danny (Cindy (Benedicta)); and his grandchildren, Maxwell, Jeffrey, Mahayla, Caden and Emmett. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, godchildren, and cousins.
