He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spulick and Georgia Spulick (Greenwood); his son David Spulick; and his siblings, Richard Spulick, Lawrence Spulick, George Spulick and Irene Genest.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Spulick (Hebert); and his brother Robert Spulick (Rose). He is also survived by children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
