She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph O. Pyer (Pete) and Juliette Jeanette Dechene; her husband Daniel Peterson; her daughter Amanda Rixen (Joe); and her sisters, Priscille Dolor (Ed), Claire Gaspard (David), Denise Fry (Glenn) and Pauline Engle. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
