He is survived by: his wife Connie Cook; his children, Catherine Cook (Anne Cote) of Biddeford, ME and Tim Cook (Holly) of Rye, NH.; his brother Frank Cook (Roberta) of Cumberland, RI.; and his sibling's children, Robyn Bellemy, Bill Cook and Jennifer Alarie.
