We bid farewell to Richard Hayward Long (Blaine, Maine), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 9, 2025 at the age of 73. Richard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorne Leslie and Gladys Ferne Long (Brewer); and his siblings, Charlene Long, Fred Long, Ann McQuade and Laurene Hallett.
He is survived by: his wife Myrna L. Long (Beckwith); his sons, Mark A. Long (Susie) of Dover, NH and Joe R. Long (Molly) of Mapleton; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Mackenzie, McKinley, Zoe and Rylan; and his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Long of Hartland, NB and Cheryl Cray of Easton, ME.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
