He is survived by: his wife Alice (Jordan); his daughter Emily C. Davis (Adam); his grandchildren, Cooper John and Viola Alice; his son Wesley A. Herrick (Autumn); his grandchildren, Parker Lewis and Theodore John; his sisters, Mary Hooper and Marcia Hutchinson (Roger); his sister-in-law Linda Herrick; his niece Kristy Candage; his nephew Scotty Herrick; his sisters-in-law, Norma Tarbell (Wayne) and Peggy Mitchell (Jeff); and his sister Holly Jordan (Lawrence). He is also survived by nephews and cousins.
