He is survived by : his wife Kathryn Barter; his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Kristen Barter; his grandchildren, Scarlett and Axel; and his siblings, Alfred Barter of Boothbay Harbor and Joyce Barter (Visiting) of Bridgton.
