We are sad to announce that, on March 15, 2026, at the age of 101, Dorothy R. Russell of Brewer, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Dorothy had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Dorothy may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph D. Fahey and Ruby Spinney Fahey. She is survived by: her children, Dolores Gramley (Russ), Herbert Davies (Christine) and William Russell (Pam); and her sister Margaret Fowler (Richard). She is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
