She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd V. Blethen, Sr.; her parents, Freeman York and Viola York (Voilette); her son Lloyd "Chip" Blethen; and her grandson Tristan Blethen.
She is survived by: her children, Constance Leppert of Bangor, Marilyn Brewer of Presque Isle, Doug Blethen (Patricia) of Brunswick, Diane Breeding (Flint) of Anna and Matthew Blethen (Rebecca) of Springfield, VA; her grandchildren, Stacy Thompson, Melissa Clark, Timothy Leppert, Heather Fletcher, Erinn Kennedy, Brian Blethen, Jennifer Blethen, Justin Breeding, Garrison Breeding, Jessica Blethen and Amanda Blethen; and her brother Alden York of Presque Isle. She is also survived by great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
