He is survived by: his children, Judy Crosby (Tom Crosby), Bruce Jacobs (Linnea Roy), Neal Jacobs (Sharon Jacobs) and Susan Corbett (Ted Corbett); and his sisters-in-law, Sharon K. Jacobs and Charlotte Curtis Smith.
