He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise and Roger; and his siblings, Grace, Carolyn and Vernon.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Holyoke; his brother Ralph Holyoke (Peggy); his sons, Alan and Barry; and his stepchildren, Shelby, Scott, Christy, Greg, Melissa, Melanie, Seth and Toby. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
